INTRODUCING

The Devotion Lab

The Devotion Lab is a series of guided practice spaces designed to support your energetic recalibration, embodied transformation, and the well-being of the collective.

Through consistent daily practice held in community, we return to the wisdom of the body, shift the patterns that keep us stuck, and create real, lasting change within and around us.

Personal practice is where transformation begins. But when we do this work together, its potency expands.

Each time we gather, each time we show up for ourselves within a shared field of devotion, we generate an energy that moves beyond the individual. We create ripples that uplift, heal, and awaken not just our own lives, but the collective field we all share, and the world we are all building.

How it Works

Each Devotion Lab is a themed sadhana — a daily spiritual practice designed to recalibrate your energy, shift internal patterns, and bring you into deeper alignment with your sacred truth and highest expression.

Sadhana is the discipline of showing up for yourself every day. It is a commitment to meet your own mind, body, and spirit with intention, regardless of circumstances. Through sadhana, we gradually rewrite old stories, strengthen the nervous system, and rewire the energetic field so that lasting change becomes possible.

Each Lab unfolds over a set number of days — some 11, some 40 — each anchored by an energetic theme.

Each Lab includes:

Opening Workshop to set the field and intention for the practice, and connect with the other community members in practice

A Daily Sadhana Practice including breathwork, meditation, movement, and reflection that you are free to complete on your own time

Private Community Space in our Radiance Room offering real-time connection, support, and shared practice. It’s a space to ask questions, reflect, and move through your transformation alongside me and the community

Closing Integration Call to reflect on and anchor the transformation

NOW OPEN

The Radiance Lab

August 1 — September 10, 2025

Awaken and embody your inherent radiance, the unique frequency of light, truth, and vitality that only you can bring into this world.

Aligned with Leo season, the Lionsgate portal, and the life-giving power of the Sun, this 40-day journey invites you to reconnect to the brilliance at your core. Through this daily sadhana, we work to decalcify stagnant energy, strengthen the nervous system, and expand the electromagnetic field, allowing your radiance to not only be felt, but to ripple outward in service of your alignment and the collective healing of the world.

Opening Ceremony + First Group Practice — August 1, 8 PM ET

Virtual call to set the energetic field, explore the cosmic energy of the moment, break down the science and spirituality of each part of the practice, experience the first day of sadhana together, and ask questions to feel fully prepared for your 40-day journey.

40-Day Self-Led Sadhana Practice

A daily spiritual practice completed on your own time, in your own space, to recalibrate your energy, strengthen your nervous system, and refine your radiance.

Private Community Space in our Resonance Room

Real-time support, shared practice, space for reflection, and direct connection with me and the community throughout the 40 days in our community space on the Geneva app.

Closing Live Integration Call — September 10, 8 PM ET

Come together virtually to reflect on the journey, share insights, ask questions, and anchor the transformation with intention so the energy stays alive within you moving forward.

40-Day Devotional Practice

A 40-day practice initiates real neurological change. Both yogic philosophy and modern science show that consistent daily practice over a 6-8 week period can rewire neural pathways, increase grey matter in areas linked to memory, focus, and emotional regulation, and reduce stress reactivity — transforming not just how you feel, but how you show up and radiate in the world.

Pranayama Breathwork

Conscious breathing balances the nervous system, reduces stress, increases oxygen, and shifts brainwave states to create calm, clarity, and expansion.

Mudra

Uses hand positions to activate specific neural pathways, calming the mind and directing energy flow within the body.

Chanting Mantra

Stimulates the vagus nerve, quiets mental chatter, boosts mood, and raises your energetic frequency through vocal vibration and mental stimulation.

FAQs

  • No. The Devotion Lab is open to all levels. Whether you’re new to these practices or returning to deepen your devotion, you’ll be guided through everything you need to know.

  • If you miss a day, it’s okay — there’s no shame — but you’ll need to start the 40-day cycle again from the beginning.

Sadhana is a devotional practice—an agreement between you, your spirit, and the energy you’re cultivating. Recommitting is part of the path. Each time you return, you strengthen your devotion, your integrity, and your capacity to hold the change you’re creating.

  • It depends. These sadhanas can take anywhere from 15 to 30 minutes, depending on your pace and how deeply you engage. You’ll be encouraged to meet yourself where you are each day.

  • Refunds and cancellations are available until July 31, 2025—the day before we begin. To cancel, you’ll need to email info@melaniesantos.co by that date.

Refunds and cancellations will not be issued after July 31, 2025 under any circumstances.

  • Scholarships are not available for this Lab, but exchange opportunities are.

If you’re interested in participating by supporting the community space — helping to tend to the daily flow of conversations and shared reflections — in exchange for free participation, please email info@melaniesantos.co to inquire.
