Take these prompts to your journal.

  1. Knowing what you know about energy fields now, consider the health of your own aura. Is it healthy and strong, or could it use strengthening? What habits and activities do you want to commit to shifting to build a strong and magnetic aura?

  2. Reflect on a time when you felt your energy was particularly strong and vibrant. What were you doing, thinking, or experiencing at that time? How were you nourishing yourself? Brainstorm ways to cultivate more prana in your daily life.

  3. Think of a time when your energy was drained and depleted. Either write a letter or sit in a visualization meditation where you communicate with that version of yourself. Share insight with that version of you on what they can do to help preserve and protect their energy.
