Membership Agreement
This Membership agreement is between you (the Client) and Melanie Santos who is leading the memberships.
Membership Tiers
You can join one of three membership tiers named Cosmic Connect, Glow Getter, and Master Manifestor. Each tier is priced at a different monthly rate and includes access to exclusive content only available to members of the said membership tiers. Content/Guidance Provided
The content provided and the digital meetings held are not psychotherapy, nor should it be used as a substitute for counseling, legal, financial, or medical services. The content provided is not intended as, and shall not be construed as licensed medical and/or health advice. Melanie Santos represents that she is not a licensed medical professional.
Confidentiality
All information disclosed in the private Facebook group and during the digital circles is confidential and may not be revealed to anyone outside the groups without written permission. Although the sessions may be recorded and provided to group participants, they are not to be shared outside of the group.
Additionally, Melanie may record your name, e-mail address and/or phone number, dates and times of sessions, session duration, and any notes and goals on a log for informational purposes and accountability.
Recurring Payments
The Client agrees to use the Moon Clerk payment service, sign up for an account, and pay the first monthly payment of either $3.33 (Cosmic Connect), $7.77 (Glow Getter), or $11.11 (Master Manifestor) using Stripe. Doing so, the Client agrees to the specified amount being automatically charged to their account on the 28th day of every month thereafter.
Payment modifications or special payment options are not permitted.
Payment Failure
On the 1st failed attempt, the card will be retried 3 days later
On the 2nd failed attempt, the card will be retried 5 days after the previous attempt
On the 3rd failed attempt, the card will be retried 7 days after the previous attempt
If the card still fails, the plan's status is canceled and you will be removed from all subscriptions and revoked access to all private groups.
Clients can view and manage their payments and information from the Moon Clerk payer portal.
Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds are not permitted and will not be issued under any circumstances.
If the Client decides they need to cancel their membership, they may do so at any time from their Moon Clerk payer portal. After plan's status is canceled, Melanie Santos will be notified and you will be removed from all subscriptions and revoked access to all private groups.
Reactivating Membership
If the Client wishes to restart their membership, they should not start a new plan. They should send a “Membership Reactivation” email to info@melaniesantos.co to have their account reinstated.
Changing Membership Tiers
If the Client wishes to change membership tiers, they should send an email to info@melaniesantos.co with their request.
No Guarantees
Melanie Santos make(s) no guarantees or warranties, express or implied. In no event will Melanie Santos be liable to the Client for consequential or special damages. Notwithstanding any damages that the Client may incur, Melanie Santos’ entire liability under this agreement, and the Client’s exclusive remedy, will be limited to the amount paid by the Client to the Coach(es) under this agreement for all services rendered up until the termination date.
This is the entire agreement of the parties, and reflects a complete understanding of the parties with respect to the subject matter. This agreement supersedes all prior written and oral representations.
If a dispute arises out of this agreement that cannot be resolved by mutual consent, the Client and Coach agree to attempt to mediate in good faith for up to 30 days after notice given. If the dispute is not resolved, the parties agree to be bound by the decision of a mutually agreed upon arbitrator whose fees will be split equally between the parties.
