Sessions

Melanie Santos prides herself on honesty and integrity. While she conducts every intuitive offering to the best of her ability, 100% accuracy is not guaranteed and you may not hear what you are expecting to. Sessions are open for dialogue and questions, however, aggressive, confrontational, and harassing behavior is not tolerated. Melanie has the right to terminate the call without a refund should she feel that these terms have been violated in any way.

Client Agreement

The client agrees that they are 18 years of age or older. The client also agrees that these sessions should not be used as a substitute for psychotherapy, counseling, legal, financial, or medical services. The feedback provided during the sessions is not intended as, and shall not be construed as licensed medical and/or health advice. Melanie Santos represents that she is not a licensed medical professional.

Confidentiality

All information disclosed in each session is confidential and may not be revealed to anyone without written permission.  Although the sessions will be recorded and sent to the recipient of the reading, any part of the session including screenshots, audio clips, video clips, and any interpretation thereafter are not to be shared outside of the private session.

Refunds and Cancellations

Private Alignment Session

Sessions may be canceled with a 100% refund as long as written notice is emailed to info@melaniesantos.co at least 48 hours in advance. Any session canceled without 48 hours’ notice and due to a non-emergency is subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

The session begins when Melanie connects to the call.

If you are late, time cannot be extended to make up for lost time. Melanie will wait up to 20 minutes for you to connect to the session. If you miss your scheduled appointment without prior notice, you forfeit your time and 100% of the appointment fee and will need to schedule a new session for another available day on your own terms.

Group Alignment Session

Sessions may be canceled with a 100% refund as long as written notice is emailed to info@melaniesantos.co at least 48 hours in advance. Any session canceled without 48 hours notice and due to a non-emergency is subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

The session begins when Melanie connects to the call. After the energetic cleansing, protection, and intention setting, the Zoom stream will be locked and you will not be able to enter even if you've registered for a slot in the session. Please be on time.

If you miss your scheduled appointment without prior notice and due to a non-emergency, you forfeit your time and 100% of the appointment fee and will need to schedule a new session. If you miss your appointment due to an emergency, you can book another group session for the courtesy cost of $50.

Services are provided by Melanie Santos using MelanieSantos.co as an online platform to advertise and sell self-development products and services.

No guarantees

Melanie Santos makes no guarantees or warranties, express or implied. In no event will Melanie Santos be liable to the Client for consequential or special damages. Notwithstanding any damages that the Client may incur, Melanie Santos’ entire liability under this agreement, and the Client’s exclusive remedy, will be limited to the amount paid by the Client under this agreement for all services rendered up until the termination date.

This is the entire agreement of the parties and reflects a complete understanding of the parties with respect to the subject matter. This agreement supersedes all prior written and oral representations.

If a dispute arises out of this agreement that cannot be resolved by mutual consent, the Client and Melanie agree to attempt to mediate in good faith for up to 30 days after notice is given. If the dispute is not resolved, the parties agree to be bound by the decision of a mutually agreed-upon arbitrator whose fees will be split equally between the parties.
