Held live on April 10, 2021.

Chef Yadira Garcia, Happy Healthy Latina, led us through intentional eating for our body type while reclaiming and preserving our ancestral culinary traditions. You'll gain an understanding of how Ayurveda – one of the world's oldest holistic healing systems – can be incorporated into your daily life to help revolutionize the way you see and treat your mind, body, and spirit. We concluded by making an easy, nourishing breakfast meal perfect for any time!
