The Summer Solstice is more than a date…it’s a living portal. A season where the sun is at its fullest expression, illuminating what’s possible when we stand in the truth of who we are. And though the calendar marks its arrival in June, the power of this light continues to pulse through the weeks that follow, urging us to rise, radiate, and realign with our intentions for purpose, pleasure, and liberation.

As energetic beings, we’re meant to move in rhythm with these sacred tides. To remember that we are light. And in this window of amplified vitality, we’re invited not just to bask in the sun’s energy, but to embody it. To clear what dims us. To say yes to what fuels us. And to move forward in a way that is anchored, joyful, and soul-directed.

On July 12, we’ll gather at the Heart of the Solstice — a day rooted in remembrance, recalibration, and radiance.

Through breathwork, movement, sound healing, energetic restoration, and community conversation, we’ll shed the residue of burnout and stagnation, and return to the clarity and purpose that lives beneath it in our hearts. Together, we’ll make space for what wants to grow, and honor the fire within and around us.
