How do you wade through a world of incessant noise, pressure for perfection, miseducated recommendations, fad diets, trendy spiritual practices, and personal development courses to achieve actual happiness? You don’t, and that’s where I come in.
Hey, love. I’m Melanie Santos. NYC-based wellpreneur, Mrs and mama, intuitive creator, speaker, and writer. I’m all about creating opportunities to discuss the real about mental, physical, and spiritual wellness.
I design thought-provoking products, write captivating newsletters, and honestly share my journey and guidance as a way to help shift perception, break barriers, build community, and most importantly, empower people. Empower them to get comfortable with their shadows, connect, invest in their wellness, and align with their highest selves.
My candid, compassionate persona has elevated me as a wellness authority, specifically in communities of color searching for understanding and opportunities for healing. I am a voice for people stifled by cultural axioms that drive them to believe that wellness isn’t important and/or accessible, and that suffering is not only a way of life, but a means through which happiness is acquired.
This brand was built on the fact that healing and ‘being well’ is not, and should not, feel exclusive to certain types of people, so I – a first generation Latina-Americana on an 12-year journey with generalized anxiety disorder and depression – use my experiences, knowledge, coping mechanisms, and product recommendations to stamp out the stigmas and encourage people to be intentional about their self-care.
My unique spiritual lens focuses on tapping into our souls with a special concentration on utilizing the healing energy of the cosmos. My moon ritual videos are among the top 10 most viewed moon videos on YouTube, and have moved tens of thousands of people to start their own healing journeys through meditation, honesty, forgiveness, and most importantly, intention.
I graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the College of Mount Saint Vincent and recently left an eight-year corporate communications career to fulfill my purpose of helping the masses learn intention. I was born, raised, and live in Manhattan with my husband and best friend Hewy and our star of a daughter, Ava Luna. Together we make the Mewys.
